Role Overview: Our client is an international PayTech and FinTech company that develops, manufactures, and integrates payment solutions, POS infrastructure, digital onboarding, and merchant management tools. We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales development on a global scale. This role is for a strong “hunter” who can identify and secure partnerships with banks, PSPs, and fintechs worldwide. You will drive the growth of a complex B2B ecosystem that combines proprietary POS hardware, payment software, terminal management, digital onboarding, and business account functionality.
Product Ecosystem You Will Drive:
- POS Hardware: Android-based POS terminals, including 5-inch, 6-inch, and 13-inch devices.
- Payment & Fiscal Core: Software for transaction processing, contactless payments, QR payments, and integration with acquiring infrastructure.
- Terminal Management System: Tools for remote POS configuration, monitoring, and support.
- Merchant Portal: Business management functionality for cash flow control, inventory, invoicing, and sales analytics.
- Digital Onboarding & Business Account Functionality: KYB processes, IBAN account opening, and corporate cards.
- Innovation: Advanced Palm-Vein biometric recognition payment solution.
Necessary Skills:
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years in FinTech, PayTech, payments, or banking software.
- Global Sales Experience: Proven track record of operating within international markets and closing cross-border deals.
- Mandatory Network: An established, active network of contacts among banks, PSPs, acquirers, or financial institutions globally.
- Solution Selling: Demonstrated ability to sell a complex ecosystem (hardware + software + integrations) rather than standalone products.
- Hunter Mindset: Experience in building a sales pipeline from scratch and executing “Go-to-Market” strategies in new regions.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders and founders.
- Fluent English: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and business communication skills.
- Independence: High level of ownership, structure, and result orientation in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global sales development and market expansion.
- Identify, approach, and close strategic B2B clients: banks, acquiring companies, PSPs, payment processors, and large merchant networks worldwide.
- Present the full product ecosystem: POS terminals, Payment Core, Merchant Portal, Digital Onboarding, and Palm-Vein technology.
- Build and manage a strong global sales pipeline.
- Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and outreach to commercial proposals and deal closing.
- Analyze competitive landscapes (e.g., Dojo, myPOS, SumUp) to highlight our unique advantages (integrated ecosystem vs. standalone tools).
- Represent the company at international FinTech, PayTech, and banking events.
